At Privacy Academy, operated by NUSAZ, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), our mission is to provide you with trustworthy, unbiased educational content. We believe in transparency, which is why we want to be open about our affiliate relationships.
What is an Affiliate Link?
Some of the links on our website, in our courses, and in our newsletters are “affiliate links.” This means that if you click on one of these links and make a purchase or sign up for a service, we may earn a commission. For most products and services, the price you pay through our affiliate link is the same as if you navigated directly to the vendor’s website. The Company is not a party to that transaction. The bonus benefits provided by Privacy Academy are governed by our Terms of Service. If you return the product to the vendor or receive a refund from the vendor, Privacy Academy reserves the right to revoke any bonus benefits that were provided as part of the bundled offer. We will always clearly disclose at the point of recommendation when an affiliate link includes a bundled offer, what the additional benefits are, and that the price may be higher than the vendor’s direct price, so you can decide whether the bundle is right for you.

How We Disclose
In addition to this page, we clearly identify affiliate links at the point of recommendation in our courses, blog posts, emails, and other content. For standard affiliate links, you will see language such as “This is an affiliate link — we may earn a commission if you purchase through it” near any affiliate link or recommendation. For bundled offers where the price through our link may be higher than the vendor’s direct price, you will see a clear explanation of the higher price and the additional benefits included, such as: “This is an affiliate link with a bundled offer — the price through this link is higher than the vendor’s direct price, but your purchase includes [description of bonus, e.g., free access to our Privacy Fundamentals course] provided by Privacy Academy. We earn a commission on this purchase.”

We participate in affiliate programs with various third-party vendors whose products and services we believe may be useful to our community.
